Motivation is often marred by bad habits. Bad habits have adverse effects twofold: poor quality and recurrence effects. Unfortunately, there are many people who do not realize they're stuck in a bad habit, and therefore can not get out. To get out of this trap, the integrated steps required.
The first step is to identify all of your habits. Once everything is identified, you can begin to ask questions regarding any habit. Are these habits affect your daily motivation? Are these habits weaken or even support you?
Are these habits bring good to you or even failure? By asking these questions you can easily find out which habits are good and which are bad.
Willpower alone is not enough to change habits. You need to establish a new habit that you will do good instead of bad habits. Then discipline yourself to practice this good habit. If this new habit has been developed, the old habits will be easier for you to forget it or leave it.
